3. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 14 days of the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 4% per annum above the European Central Bank's base rate.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall brightcodeforge, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services. brightcodeforge, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Barcelona, España.
